Manon Ruben, MA began her career at Dartmouth Medical School, focusing on geographic variations in the utilization and cost of health care (small area analysis), and was a co-founder of the Codman Research Group, Inc. (CRG) in 1984. As CRG’s Vice President, Ms. Ruben incorporated JHU’s Adjusted Clinical Groups System (ACGs) into CRG’s software products, and CRG became the leading reseller of ACGs. There, and later as V.P. at AdvanceMed/DynCorp/CSC, she worked with state and federal health agencies as well as commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid health plans refining risk adjustment methodologies, defining quality and outcome objectives, and conducting cost and quality analyses. As consultant to Quality Resource Systems, Inc., Ms. Ruben participated in projects for DHHS/OS/OPHS/Office on Women’s Health, CMS, and the CDC. She has served as chief product development officer for AlignCare Services, Inc. since 2013.
